Protester loses appeal

'Parliament square protester Brian Haw has lost his appeal againt a judge's decision to send him to the cells for contempt. The campaigner threatened a judge and branded him a disgrace in a rowdy hearing' (from the London Paper 17/01/08)

Good! Now send him his council tax and rent bill for the time he has occupied that spot in Parliament Square for the past few years. The rest of the public have to pay theirs why is he exempt?!?!

Here Here. Who said that judges weren't of sound mind!

I don't see why Westminster City Council can't just kick him off for trespassing on their land.

Also, the square is likely to be covered by Park bylaws which would prohibit camping etc, surely we could do him for that as well.
